Anyone have any thoughts about the comment that was made by one of the brooklyn guys when tony walked out of phil leotardos hospital room?
"we have to stop meeting like this"

I think he didn't know what transpired between Tony and Phil and he was still acting on his previous orders which were to kill Tony.

It seemed the last they "decided" was to whack someone close to Tony but not T. Phil said he would not kill a boss, period even though it was done before ("it was wrong then").

Just by the way he got in Tonys way when he was leaving and how Tony looked back at him. He had a weird look on his face, like a preminition. Could be anything but it had me thinking that he would be the one to wack Tony.

I think this little guy (name?) will be the one to carry out whatever hit there is on someone close to Tony. I guess that means that Phil won't really accept what Tony says to him about calling it even. OR... Phil will die, and the hit will be carried out anyway.
In any case, the guy was very creepy and scary. I think he even spooked Tony.

Too bad the scene didn't take place in the pork store. Then the line could have been,
"we have to stop meating like this"
That would give a whole other dimension to the line. Don't you think?

Some info on "that dude" from Alan Sepinwall's column in the Newark Star-Ledger:
"Butch Deconcini, one of Phil's sidekicks, was played by Gregory Antonacci. Nearly 30 years ago, Antonacci played a wannabe wiseguy from Newark in two Chase-written episodes of "The Rockford Files" called "The Jersey Bounce" and "Just a Coupla Guys." The latter featured a family-oriented Jersey mob boss named Tony who was sort of a rough draft for our Tony. And the circle is complete."

Who is the actor?
He was getting on my nerves! I can't believe Tony didn't slam him against the wall ... for starters.

im not sure if it was a spooked look T gave or if it was just a "who the fuck do you think you are" look... I still cant decide.

i think it was a combination of being annoyed (like when a gnat is flitting around your nose or when a mosquito is whining in your ear), and the uneasy welling-up of wariness that only slowly evolved because Tony had just been in a deeper state of closeness when sharing his heart with Phil. Coming from that place, it was a longer climb back to the here-and-now, be on your guard type of attitude required at all times around another boss'es henchmen. yeah- that guy was creepy, and i think tony's skin started to crawl by the time he was walking down the hallway.
