It happens so quick, so I'll have to watch the episode and the preview again tonight. looks like Johnny Sack's brother-in-law is telling Johnny that Phil is eating alone and that a decision will have to be made to wheather or not Phil gets clipped.

Looks like Vito tells Johnny Cakes about his past, and his life in the mob. It also looks like he (Vito) gets the crap kicked out of him.

Anyone else notice anything interesting?

DGC...I don't think so. I can't be 100% certain, but the times I've watched it on demand, I think it's just credits and fade to black. I hate that.

Just an FYI -- there's usually a trailer analysis topic in the Spoilers thread. Some people don't want to know about the trailers. It's usually got the Episode # in the heading (I've started a few of them). You can look at the trailer online after Monday usually. Go to video, click to see the current episode trailer, and when the window opens up, the coming episode's trailer is listed as well.

About Vito getting beat up. I think that part is just misleading us. That area looks more like a city to me and the people seem to be wearing urban clothing. I wonder what Johhny Cakes and Vito are fighting about? To much to really think about. I'm sure it's going to be good.

That was sort of depressing to think about. I have a real bad feeling we're going to be left with one hell of a cliffhanger in a few weeks. Then the wait begins for what I'm sure is going to be a cathartic mind blowing final 8.

The whole situation with Paulie made me realize how hard it's going to be to see these guys meet whatever fate awaits them. I really felt sorry for the sociopath.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/laugh.gif ALT=":lol">

The trailer for Episode 75 is up and running. If you freeze frame the shot of Chris towards the end, he is arguing with a US Marshal. This may not be from next week; it could be from any of the remaining three episodes. Chris yells "This is insane". Is is Adriana or the terrorists?

Carmela seems to get more involved in Tony's business as well.

So were those scenes a compilation of the 3 remaining episodes because I looked on TV.com and Joe Ganoscolli excuse the spelling is (Vito) is not in the credits for Moe and Joe which means we have to wait even longer for the hopefully inevitable end to Vito.

If you look at the shirt Chris is wearing in the scene with the marshalls, it's the same as the scene where he looks out a window. I recognize that window as the inside of his mother's home. So I'm going to take a wild stab and say that Chris gave his mom some of the swag he stole from Lauren Bacall and she gets busted for it. It's probably very traceable stuff. Certainly the airline tickets would be.

You know I got steamed at Chris when he tried to give them to Tony, but I thought it was a dead issue. You could very well be right fly. Could be a retrofit of the original Livia/Tony plotline before Nancy Merchand's death? Yeah, that's a little bit of a strech.

I'm still thinking the credit card dealings are going to come back to haunt Chris and possible Tony. Coma Tony's credit card fraud feels ominous many episodes later.

I think the first scenes were clips from next week's episode. After they put up the graphics saying "three weeks left", the remaining scenes were from future episodes.

I don't know if there is any order to them. As Fly said above, Chris is wearing the same shirt in 2 clips that seem related to the US Marshall. The clips are on either side of the "3 Episodes left" mark. All that aside, I agree that all those clips weren't from "Moe and Joe."

Questions:

Is it just me or is there snow on the ground in the clip of Vito and Johnny Cakes arguing?

Who is the man sitting with Tony as he says," I'm doing this as a favor to John. So do we have a problem here?" I can't place him.

one thing about the trailers is that they are almost always intentionally misleading. it takes really close attention to detail to decipher some of the stuff they throw at you. i just know that every week i spend alot of time watching that clip on hbo.com. i figured i'm not the only one.

Observations from the trailer:

Meadow is crying uncontrollably for a brief moment and being consoled by tony.

It appears that the person getting beat with the iron bar is getting beat by a black person next to a generic white cargo van, it does not appear to be Johnny Cakes, the man on the ground is large, but its impossible to tell it is Vito.

Vito DOES however give Johnny Cakes a fairly sizeable push, could be after Vito tells Johnny he can never tell anyone (we can take guesses as to the substance of the secret, but it looks like Johnny reveals it to someone).

It is interesting that Chris is arguing with a U.S. Marshal, as they have a very specific jurisdiction and job duty. From wikipedia:

Why do I think that Bobby will get something coming to him because of this. Other reports say Bobby will suffer vision impairment at some point. Could it be that the fat guy on the ground getting jumped isn't Vito, it's Bobby.

How does one get to the trailer for E75? When I select watch video the list ends with E74.

Please provide a link if you have one?

I don't know why HBO does this. Just start the 74 clip or any clip really. When it starts look to your left. The 75 clip will be at the top of the list.
