First with Min, stealing all that money from under her bed. If this was CSI, he'd be tracked down and in the klink within hours. He didn't wear gloves IIRC, and someone would have probably seen his car.

Then we have the eplieptic waiter. He would have to dump the gun, and hope that no one saw either Chris or him do it. Also everyone in the restaurant would have seen them there, and the other waiters would have probably seen the guy go out to moan about the tip.

Any thoughts?

I think this waiter thing is gonna bring some problems, when Tony finds out, he's not gonna be happy. Paulie is really asking for problems...

Living in England, I have not had the chance to see the premiere...talk about living vicariously...I would certainly agree that the two murders of civilians by Paulie would weigh heavily on Tony. He said to Melfi earlier that mob life was a war, with him and his colleagues being soldiers who fight, not evil degenerate beings. Paulie's behaviour has been evil and the FBI should have noticed him. Would he be offered a deal? Rat on Tony and we will plea-bargain the murders? It has been done before.

tony sirico's contract with david chase stipulated his character wouldn't ever become a rat... don't think we'll be seeing paulie go that route.

I don't think that we'll hear from this again. The point of killing the waiter was to show how crazy their world is at the moment. Also it showed how the beef between Paulie and Chris could have dangerous consequences.

I guess we'll see some serious s--- hitting the fan now that more wiseguys will get paroled. They probably behave worse than Chris and Paulie...

Well, this ain't CSI, this is Jersey. The cops, as we have seen all too many times, aren't that smart. Also, they know Tony and his crew all too well, and none of them seem inclined to bust them.
I don't think Paulie's going to be bothered by the cops unless, of course he does the completely insane thing and whacks a cop.

Why is it that none of the guys wear gloves when they kill somebody? Why don't they ever get caught?

I don't know if anybody here is able to answer that, but it's something I've been wondering.

I saw this promo with Tony having gloves on, and a shotgun in his hands. What will he do next ?

In reference to the fingerprints, We've all been conditioned by television to believe that every time a crime is committed there are fingerprints obtained that can be used to identify a suspect but I know this to be false from working with a lot of people within law enforcement who have informed me that in a great number of cases there are no "usable" prints. So I guess we can assume that this is the case in the Min murder or maybe Paulie wiped down the house before he left.

Nah, Paulie will never become a rat for the govs. This is all he knows, he has nothing to live for if he isnt part of the mob game. He's too tough and too prideful to be a rat. His mother is the only PERSON that Paulie goes ape sh-t over, but he can't keep her in the retirement community with an average joe's salary.

NO WAY! As for him being arrested for murder, I highly doubt it. The russian aint gonna say nothin.

Min, I can understand pauli getting caught....but not the waiter hit....the easiest way to kill is the hardest way to find any evidence of any sort. Paulie shot him on the spot and him and chris left. That's it. No touching, no cig buds dropped, no nothing. In fact, the way paulie killed him is the same way gangsters (crips, bloods, loco, etc) kill.....quick and fast.

Paulie is a loose cannon no doubt. LOL, I never thought about chris being a younger version of paulie...until i read a comment from someone about this and I wholeheartedly agree.

If Tony finds out about this, his nephew should be in hot water as well. In fact, it's these two classic characters that are by far the most entertaining to watch when they are together.

I hope that Paulie goes nowhere, he is a big part of the reason why I watch the sopranos.

I read in an article earlier that Paulie gives a beating to somebody in one of the episodes....boy I cant wait to see this psychopath throw down some knuckles.lol.

I believe Paulie throws a beating to Feech La Manna or the situation has to do with Feech La Manna moving in on Paulie's construction business. I've read so much it's hard to keep my spoilers straight, but it looks in the promo like Feech beating Patsi Parisi, who works for Paulie; which in turn would send Paulie out for revenge. "You said you wanted back in, I said as long as you didn't step on anybody's toes."

Paulie I think has less to worry about from the cops than he has from members of the family.

I don't believe for a second the "truce" he called Chris about.
And I think every time he's been asked (verbally or not) to leave the room when Tony is talking to Sil, etc, he takes it personally. He also takes it personally that a junkie snot nosed kid (how he probably sees Chrissie) is closer to Tony than he is.

Lots of bad blood...with Ralphie, too, remember? And do we really know that it was Ralphie who set that Pie oh My fire?
