At the Crazy Horse when they see Tony, he asks Meadow. "Did I see your father?"
She says "Yeah, he has an office here."
Finn says, all seriously, "Man that's dedication, the man sure put's in the hours." or something to that effect.
Does he really not know what Tony does for a living?

Yeah I thought that too. Maybe he was just being sarcastic trying to crack a joke in an awkward situation. I didn't see Meadow laughing though. Also I never really realized how strange-looking Finn was until last night's episode. Maybe it was just the lighting in the club but he definately looked odd.

I think Finn was being a sarcastic a-hole. In a way I thought he was puttin' Meadow down......I cannot stand Meadow with this guy. He looks so under average. I don't care how smart he is, and how dumb Jackie was, he is not Jackie Jr. in the looks dept. Finn looks like he would have stinky feet and looks boring...wish they would find Meadow someone else. I hope she doesn't get knocked up by this guy........

wasn't Finn the one at the family dinner at med's apartment? the dental assistant or whatever? the whole conversation about the book. I know it was mentioned that Med was an "itallian princess" after the whole royalty discussion. THAT RETARD FINN HAD TO KNOW!

"Italian Princess" is a common term used to describe the spoiled way in which Italian daughters are treated by their parents (especially the father). Although it could have had a double meaning, I think Finn just took it as her being spoiled and overly-protected by Tony.

I don't think Finn was neccessarily being sarcastic - he seems too "whitebread" to pick up on the mob thing.

I dont think he was being sarcastic at all - there was no tone to suggest so. I think its safe to assume that not everybody in NJ knows who's who and what's what with the mob.

In the first episode of this season didn't we see the Soprano family mentioned on TV? The news bit about Tony B. and the class of '04.
While it's possible that Finn could know, I was under the impression he had no idea. Why would he make such a comment if he really knew?
