If it were not for the accident would they have ended up in bed the next morning? I mean they were going to score coke and seeing how Tony wants to "screw her brains out" HOW would he have stopped himself if he was under the influence?

Definitely... They WOULD have slept together. It's almost a mathematical certainty.
That's partially why Chris is so upset, and partially why Tony is such a bad guy. He's lied to everyone - those he hates and those he loves alike - throughout the entire series.

Tony would have probably done it WITHOUT the coke; he was way too eager to score for Ade.

isn't sleeping with another made man's girl = instant execution?
e.g. Casino w/ little nicky and ace's wife Ginger

Yes, sleeping with another Made Man's wife is against the rules. In Casino Ace was a Jew that had connections, in real life that wasn't the main reason Nicky (Tony Spilotro) was whacked, Chicago was tired of him causing trouble in Vegas.
Tony is the Boss, he doesn't think he has to follow the rules.

Yeah so is being rat but Tony doesn't mind(but Feech probably does)
But my big question is if Ade gets with Tony at the end then by Law the FBI can no longer use her.( I believe the FBI cannot use a mob bosses wife)

I guess I have never really seen the point in the Feds going after Ade. She knows jack shit about what Chris does. I think focusing on getting a man in the family to flip would be much more benificial than wasting time and resources with a made man's half-wit piece of ass. Who knows, maybe the FBI will wise up and drop her ass befor too long...

I would say it was more likely than not that they would have but not a certainty. I actually think he was closer in the Crazy Horse during the dart game.
Tony's behavior (and Ade's too) was classic "putting yourself in the wrong circumstances" even without the specific intent to do something you know you shouldn't do. It's like being on a diet and then agreeing to go to fattening restaurants with friends in circumstances that carry a lot of past cues for you to eat your guts out. You may enter with all kinds of convictions about what you're not going to eat, but you wouldn't be there if you weren't interested or tempting fate.
I don't believe Tony came into the Crazy Horse that last time consciously scheming or intending to seduce Ade. He even excused himself to the office to "catch 40 winks" so he wouldn't be around her out front. He seemed at that moment to be seeking a proper distance.
On the other hand, there were a lot of other places he could have met Patsy, yet he chose the same place where he'd had a close encounter with Ade only nights before. So there was a push/pull going on in his mind.
In the car, I have to say that I thought Ade did more to initiate things on a sexual level than Tony, by bringing up that some girl found him "cute". He still kept things fairly oblique after that by focussing on the "friend" he wishes Ade had introduced him to rather than following up with the obvious "do you think I'm cute". But the undercurrent of sex was always present throughout their scenes.
The fascinating and realistic portrayal of mixed motives and passive/aggressive behavior on this show is one of its hallmarks. And tonight was a prime example of that.
In a strange way, I think part of Tony, a VERY SMALL part, was hearing Melfi telling him earlier that he should prove himself "worthy of respect" by being a friend/father-like figure to Ade and helping her. Somehow, even though it took the intervention of two extrinsic events (Leotardo arriving and the wreck), I sense that Tony will derive a small measure of moral self-confidence from his successful struggle to not bed this woman. So I look forward to how his relationship with Ade progresses, quite apart from its crucial significance in terms of the FBI investigation.

I agree- This could be a good starting off point for Tony...
