i thought the executive game was run exclusively by johnny and junior, but its implied feech gets "his game" back. whenever ralphie tells jackie junior about the robbery, he says, "he had a saturday night card game." a blunder for sure.

In the episode guide on the hbo site it said that it was "Feech's executive card game."

Right. You have to keep in mind that Johnny was alive until the mid to late 1980s when he succumbed to lung cancer. So, up until that point he was no doubt running the game along with Junior.

Lets just consider it a website blunder and not exactly a blunder on the show. They never made any mention of the 'executive game'.
