Is it possible that Chrissie fell off the wagon in
"All Happy Families"?

He enters the scene sucking furiously on a lollipop.
Feech offered him peaches and wine...did he stay, just to "front" or "be social" and have those Georgia peaches and wine? My guess is that he did, albeit offcamera?

If this is redundant to a post already up somewhere, I apologize

I think Chris is still sober and that he is using the lolipop as an alternative to maybe smoking. And I think the lolipop is representing that he is staying sober, not that he can't smoke, but I do think he will be off the wagon soon.

Christopher already went back to smoking - they've shown him smoking in several scenes already.
When he got out of rehab last season he told Tony that he was "completely clean and sober." He wasn't shooting drugs, drinking or even smoking. It seems like he's going to gradually slip back into his vices. Not to say that he'll graduate up to heroin again. But I can see him starting to have a drink or two at dinners and claiming that 1) its too much of a social pressure, and 2) its "only" a drink or two....its not heroin.
From there he could spiral down fast if he's under a lot of stress.

I don't think Chrissy ever gave up smoking, even when he was admitted to the drug rehab he could bring his smokes but not chocolate(probably 'cause of the caffeine) and in most of the episodes so far Chris has been smoking.
He was sucking on a taffy(lollipop, we call them taffies in Philly) in this episode, so maybe he added quitting smoking to his list of sobriety factors.
I think that rehabs do not require the patient to quit smoking
along with their other drug or alcohol addiction is because smoking can be just as much of a problem giving up as a controlled substance addiction, and smoking is still legal.
