OMG i cant believe no one has mentioned this yet!!!! Who is hte new old guy watching Junior???? What happened to his live in nurse? He has someone new watching him every season.

I guess Tommy is a part of Junior's old crew. He's probably a retired soldier like Murf Lupo or Beppy. Tony mentioned Beppy in last episode, but Murf is probably dead or something like that.
