Silvio missing at the sitdown

I can't understand for the life of me why Silvio was not at the sitdown and Vito was. Silvio wasn't even in the episode, and Vito is barely a capo. Anyone else think this was weird. Is Vito running the Aprile crew with all the construction? Silvio still should have been there.

Silvio doesn't have much to do with construction stuff and therefor doesn't have as much contact with Johnny Sack. Vito on the other hand may have more contact with him because of the construction work.

Almost every sit down that has happened on the show so far has always been different, not everyone needs to be included in a sit down.

The reason Silvio was not at the sitdown was because during most of the filming of Season 5 Steven Van Zant was touring with Bruce Springstein & the E. Street Band. Unfortunately his character will not be seen as much this season....................bummer!!
